Started up as a mail order pet supply business, we have since expanded into a company with its own magazine and two retail stores as well as import devision and wholesale department. For over a decade, our name has been known for quality and specialized, upscale pet supplies in Thailand. |

| THE RETAIL |

| We have three retail outlets to date: two in Bangkok and one in Phuket. In our stores you will find the same product range as in our catalog (with exceptions on a small number of items). Your membership is accepted in all of our retail stores no matter where you joined and all our stores honor the same policy of 7-day in-store return or exchange*. The retail price is generally the same as in the catalog with exceptions on some items available in Phuket stores due to the extra cost of shipping the products to the island, and occasionall in-store only promotions. We accept VISA and MASTERCARD at no extra charge and we encourage you to bring your pets of any size and type to our stores! |

| MAIL ORDER & HOME DELIVERY |

| For your convenience, you may choose to shop from our catalog and have your order delivered to your door. We offer home delivery in Bangkok area with cash or credit card on delivery option and free delivery is also available for a mimum order . Our mail order service is also available to all other privinces in Thailand where payment can be done through wire transfer or faxed in credit card form (transaction fee applies).
